The CP30 is a 3 Roll Pyramid Style Universal Profile Roll Bending Machine with powered rotation for forward/reverse bending and 18 Piece Universal Tooling in 55 HRC hardened tool steel that will roll most standard profiles the day your machine arrives. Set-up for different profiles fast by simply sliding rollers onto the large 1.18” (30 mm) O.D. shafts and tighten the nut. Hardened Honed Shafts have Large Dual Tapered Roller Bearings. Lower shafts are motorized with knurled rollers for traction. The idle top shaft uses smooth surfaced rollers. The top roll position adjusts easily to set your bending radius. The Large High Brightness LED Digital Readout permits precision repeat positioning (except E).
