CP60H’s Work Both Vertical & Horizontal (vertical for most jobs or quickly switch to horizontal for long parts and large bends). Our Standard 18 Component Universal Roll Set, in Hardened 55HRC Tool Steel, bends most standard profiles the day your machine arrives. Set-up for different profiles fast by simply sliding rollers onto the large 2.36” (60 mm) O.D. shafts and tighten the nut. Hardened Honed Shafts have Large Dual Tapered Roller Bearings. Lower shafts are motorized with knurled rollers for traction. The idle top shaft uses smooth surfaced rollers.
Our patented Z-Block Top Journal moves on 4 Hardened Guides & Ways w/ Adjustable Gibbs for Maximum Rigidity and Truer to Plane Rolling. Heavy Duty Lateral Material Guides roll on quadruple bearings and are the easiest to use. Thrust adjustment studs have a large O.D. with knurling for easy adjustment by hand and ratchet hex receiver for adjustment under load..
